The following enhancements and corrections were made to Talking Clock.

• Updated menus to add Say Time.
• Corrected bug in time reporting for daylight time from system flag.
• Removed some unused screen items and edit menu.

• Added feature to place text in center of any size window.
• Updated program with single file including audio and a new icon.
