• Adds automatic self-voicing off when screen reader flag is on.
• Enhances code reliability and speech control.
• Corrects drill or continueous random option count setting.
• Corrects disabling of audio truncate option when read-only file.
• Enhances speaking and review of text in edit fields.

• Note that TTS self-voicing does not use the Control panel in Windows 7.
• Note that the program uses the current theme colors by default
• Changes display of Help Manual to always show beginning.
• Corrects speaking of radio button controls to announce related text.

• Corrects a problem with the Open dialog on 64 bit Windows.
• Corrects a problem with the log in screen.
• Updates the menus so they work properly with Internet Explorer version 9. This also makes it necessary to use the Tab key to pick items.
• Corrects issues with 64-bit Windows audio responses and speech.
